23rd Annual Soakum Festival A Celebration of Frontier Life In the Early 1800's 2010 Soakum Schedule Saturday, Sept. 25 • 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26 • 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. Held the last Saturday weekend of September Heritage Park located at the NOBLE COUNTY FAIRGROUND Caldwell Ohio 43724 All proceeds go to the continuation of the Soakum Festival to preserve our early heritage.
